Event Consultation, Planning and Design Services

Event Setup and Take-down Services
Our Event Setup/takedown service will make your event less stressful and more enjoyable. Please arrange
for this service at least 10 days in advance of your event date.

Invitation Services
We provide a unique invitation service to our clients. We have brought a fresh and exciting approach to
invitations.....

"Helping Hand" Services
Even if you have already got everything planned and don't need an event planner, we offer a helping hand
for miscellaneous tasks including packaging your favors, assist with assembling and mailing your
invitations, walk-though of your event site on the day of the event to ensure everything is the way you want it,
and even take care of those last minute details.

Entertainment
STACE Event Planning & Design also has an experienced Disc Jockey who plays a variety of music for the
young and young at heart.
